In 1998, the Burtons chain of menswear stores released a range of Carry On clothing; T Shirts, boxer shorts and socks, each featuring the Carry On logo and a picture of either Kenneth Williams, Barbara Windsor or Sid James. The launch was much publicised at the time, and seemed to pay off - the entire range was sold out within just a few months. These items, being the only official Carry On clothes released to date, are highly sought after by collectors
